Concept

Design Solutions welcomes the challenge of creating must-see destinations for various venues. After visiting the proposed site to photograph and evaluate the parameters of the project, the visual team begins a creative process for a multi-concept presentation that will complement the architect's vision and satisfy the client’s objective.

Research & Development

Research and Development is an important step in the creative process. Often concepts are suggested outside the traditional form based on research of the architect's vision, client’s objective and thorough research of the site’s architectural style, history, etc. The goal is to create an artistic display that will become a regional icon anticipated and enjoyed year after year.

Artwork / Presentation

Each client's presentation is comprised of full-color, hand-rendered, architectural drawings which are fully representational of the concept, scale, quality and detail of the finished installation and a complete proposal with budget for each concept.

Production / Manufacturing

Design Solutions has assembled a team of sculptors, painters, welders, engineers, architects, scenic artists, gilding specialists, and other artisans with the expertise to carry out the vision throughout the complete manufacturing process.

Shipping / Installation / Dismantle / Storage

Design Solutions offers a turn-key service for the convenience of its clients. Clients may opt to participate in the installation, maintenance, and dismantling process if desired. Any maintenance while on display is supplied by client.

Lease or Rent-to-Own

Design Solutions offers several financing packages including the option of leasing for three to five years or "rent-to-own" projects that are paid out over a 2-3 year period.
